If you believe that your Phrendly account has been compromised and you are unable to log in to it, please contact support@phrendly.com right away. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can!
If you believe that your account has been compromised but you can still log in to it, please do the following:
- Change your password immediately. Sign in and go to Login Info.
- Change your email address. If you believe the hacker also has access to your email account, change your Phrendly password and the email address registered to your account using the steps above. Then log out (Settings > Logout). Now request a new password by going to sign in again, entering your new email address, and clicking continue. When you're prompted to enter your password, click "Forgot Password" instead. Now change your password again using the link we email to you.
If you believe that the social media account that you log in with has been compromised, please contact support@phrendly.com right away. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can!
